Website Redesign & Multifamily Platform Integration
In June 2023, Level.co partnered with &Kind, with Motevo as a silent partner to manage the program and integrate a workflow process via Asana. In just under four months, our team redesigned the brand’s website experience to better align with Level’s ethos of “Square Zero”, rebranded and integrated a recently acquired B2B division called Dwelo, and developed new production content to showcase their premium product line.

Level.co was grappling with a major disconnect between their brand ethos, Square Zero, and how it was represented through their digital properties and marketing efforts, particularly their website. When we first met the two co-founders at Level, they were deeply dissatisfied with their main website, feeling it was entirely misaligned with the spirit and essence of their brand. Compounding this frustration was their growing discontent with large agency partners who had been managing their brand and marketing efforts but failed to deliver on their vision. They craved a new, more flexible and nimble approach.
This desire for change brought them to &Kind and its network. Unlike traditional agencies, our teams operate as boutique consultants and non-agency collaborators, leveraging a trusted network of top-tier designers, writers, data, SEO, and technologists. On top of this, Level needed to seamlessly incorporate a newly acquired B2B division into the redesign, adding layers of complexity to an already demanding project. Achieving all this in a streamlined and efficient manner was crucial.
Having come from large agency backgrounds ourselves, we understood the strengths and pitfalls of that model but offered a more agile, high-quality alternative.

Led by &Kind’s co-founders—Andy Sung, Kris Kiger, and David Alcorn—we assembled a top-tier team from our trusted network of designers, writers, and technologists. Motevo, led by Carlos Almonte, oversaw the project’s strategic and operational direction, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency, while technology partner Vinnie DiBartolo contributed his expertise to solidify the site’s technical foundation.
Our agile and flexible approach was a key value-add, allowing us to move quickly without sacrificing quality. We immersed ourselves in Level.co’s brand ethos, Square Zero, to craft a website that genuinely reflected their character. This effort spanned UX, design, copywriting, and dynamic animation. Using Asana for workflow management, Motevo maintained coordination across all streams, driving the project forward and enabling the site’s successful relaunch in just over four months.
